Back Country Outfitters requires a 50% deposit. $500.00 is due at the time of booking. The remaining deposit is due when the license is drawn. The balance remaining is due and payable upon arrival.  To make a full payment, use the buttons in the right column.  To make a partial payment, fill in the fields below and hit "Make Partial Payment."  Refer to the notes listed below before proceeding, including our Refund Policy.

Paypal has a $10,000 individual transaction limit.  This means that you may have to make payments for multiple hunts one at a time.     All pricing is based upon a 5-day hunt unless otherwise specified.     All deposits are due at time of booking and are non-refundable.     Any hunts that are purchased through this Internet site are due and payable in full within two weeks of the scheduled hunt.     Rates apply to both archery and rifle hunts unless otherwise stated.     Contact Back Country Outfitters directly for hunting dates, availability, and any other questions. We would be happy to walk you through the process.     *Parent/Child hunts or parent and child 17 yrs and under*     We also give a 10% military discount with proof of military enrollment status of either the following: Active Duty, veteran, the Guard, or the Reserves.     If you would prefer, click the icon to the left to download all the hunts in PDF format.

Back Country Outfitters reserves the right to terminate the client's hunt for any problems concerning safety, misconduct, or game violations without full refund of the client's hunt.

If the client fails to draw a license, the deposit will be refunded within 60 days of draw date or will be put toward next years hunt if he or she so chooses.

When applying for a combination hunt and the client only draws one of their licenses, the money from the deposit for the other license can be used to finish paying for the license that the client receives or the client may choose to get a refund within 60 days of the draw date for the amount of deposit for the un-drawn license.

If a medical emergency arises during a clients hunt whether it is the client or the client’s immediate family, the client will receive 50% of the hunt fees unless the client has already filled their license. Their will be no refund if the client has filled their license prior to the emergency.
